Logistics
Summer and seminar sessions will be held at Lexington Montessori School, 130 Pleasant Street, Lexington, MA 02421.
Sessions will generally be scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch break between. There are also additional supervised practice sessions required until 6:00 pm on Tuesday evenings, as well as a choice of either an hour practice before classes or after classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Students may bring their own lunches and keep them in refrigerators, or they can take advantage of any of a variety of nearby restaurants.
For those requiring housing, we can provide information about options in the area, though you must make your own arrangements (see list of recommended hotels).
There is also a possibility that there will be members of the Lexington parent community who would offer their homes to “house-sitters” or room rentals for the duration of the training course. If you are interested in more information about that option, please contact Biff Maier at Biff@mettc.org for further information.
